Introduction

“Yuanhai Ziping Yinyi Commentary” is a commentary on the pronunciation and meaning of “Yuanhai Ziping”, a classic fortune-telling classic. Compiled by Yang Cong in the 27th year of Jiajing (AD 1548) in the Ming Dynasty, it was supplemented by Qin eunuch Li Qin. The original work “Yuanhai Ziping” is one of the most important works in Chinese research on forecasting and numerology. The main method of the book is to infer a person’s life’s status, fortune, fortune, future and destiny based on the year, month, day, and hour of a person’s birth. Founded by Li Xuzhong in the Tang Dynasty, it was further developed and perfected by Xu Ziping in the Five Dynasties, and it became systematic and complete.
