Introduction

The main purpose of the author of “Chinese Numerology Beliefs” is to study the Chinese people’s unique cognition and understanding of life, social life, and social order operation mechanism contained in traditional Chinese numerology theory. Previously, researchers on the history of Chinese social thought had conducted many studies on traditional Chinese social thought and produced many important achievements, but no one had conducted in-depth exploration and research on the social thought reflected in traditional numerology theory. The author of this book conducts special research on the rich social thoughts contained in the modern method model of numerology, and finds that Chinese social theories are more complete than Western social theories that came out hundreds of years later, and clearly reflect the specialty of China.

Brief introduction of the author

Dong Xianghui, male, was born in 1983 in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia. He has been studying at Nankai University from 2002 to 2011. He received a bachelor’s degree in law from Nankai University in 2006, a master’s degree in law from Nankai University in 2008, and a doctorate in law from Nankai University in 2011. He is currently working for the Bohai Zaobao of Tonight Media Group. The research direction is the history of Chinese and Chinese social thought, sociological theory, and the study of the Book of Changes. Published research results include: 1.
